Overview
Prysmian is offering an HR Internship for students interested in gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. The internship provides exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and general HR operations, while supporting management with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements
- Support new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate and arrange training sessions
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as team bonding, wellness programs, and recognition events
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management, including calendar management, expense claims, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Manage purchase orders for executive-related needs
- Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Able to commit to a 3 to 6-month internship
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and manage time effectively
- Previous relevant internship experience is a plus

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
- Location: 20 Jurong Port, Singapore 619094
