Overview
Enerpac Tool Group is seeking an HR Intern to support its APAC Human Resources team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various HR operations while working closely with senior HR leadership. The internship is designed to give you a strong foundation in people management processes and exposure to a global industrial organization with a long-standing history.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees
- Maintain accurate employee data and assist in updating HR systems
- Contribute to planning and coordinating engagement activities and internal events
- Create simple HR reports and assist in preparing documents for internal use
- Handle routine administrative tasks and support the HR team on ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Singaporean or eligible to work in Singapore without restrictions
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or similar fields
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous exposure to HR—through internships or academic work—is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-focused, reliable, and proactive in completing tasks
