Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the rollout of HR programs across business teams and regions
- Support collaboration between business units and COE teams to align HR initiatives with organizational needs
- Assist in HR projects related to recruitment, learning & development, compensation, and employee engagement
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform HR strategies and projects
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to stakeholders
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and support daily operations as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment
- Keen interest in HR strategy, talent development, and organizational growth
