Overview
This Enterprise Applications / IT Systems internship at Keppel provides hands-on exposure to the management, enhancement, and governance of large-scale business applications used across a global organisation. You will support application process reviews, system testing, audit compliance, and user access controls, while gaining insight into how enterprise IT systems enable business operations across multiple regions.
What You’ll Gain

Key Responsibilities
- Review existing SAP and other enterprise application business processes and propose process improvement opportunities.
- Support requirements gathering and participate in functional discussions for enterprise application projects.
- Assist with system integration testing (SIT) and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.
- Support compliance activities and assist during annual audit exercises.
- Coordinate and document User Access Reviews for enterprise applications.

Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business IT, IT Security, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
