Overview
This internship offers hands-on exposure to CRM, online marketing, and user lifecycle management within Shopee’s fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will support data-driven campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, while learning how large-scale digital platforms drive growth through analytics and targeted marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support CRM campaigns aimed at reducing customer churn through execution, data management, and analysis.
- Update and maintain weekly reports and dashboards to track campaign performance.
- Assist with initiatives focused on new buyer acquisition and platform growth.
- Support online marketing efforts to increase Shopee’s share of voice and drive orders.
- Contribute to buyer reactivation and retention campaigns using lifecycle segmentation.
- Assist in managing the Shopee Rewards programme to boost user engagement through voucher campaigns.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably in Business, Management, or a quantitative-related field.
- Comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from data.
- Detail-oriented and confident using backend systems and tools.
- Strong team player with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week as a part-time intern.
