Overview

Key Responsibilities
Market Trends Newsletter
- Research and compile a bi-weekly internal newsletter summarizing key industry and market trends.
- Present insights to internal stakeholders to inform HR and business decisions.
English Proficiency Program Support
- Assist in managing internal English learning initiatives.
- Organize content, plan activities, and engage participants to enhance program effectiveness.
Daily HR Operations
- Support administrative and operational HR tasks such as scheduling, data tracking, and internal communications.
General HRBP Support
- Contribute to HRBP-related projects, including recruitment support, employee engagement, and company culture activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Interest in HR, learning & development, and market research.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or internships in content writing, HR, or project coordination is a plus.
