Overview
Join CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) as an HR Intern and gain practical experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations within a leading global real asset management company. You’ll work closely with the Early Careers team, supporting internship programs, HR processes, and cross-functional initiatives that impact the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process for interns, from sourcing to onboarding
- Serve as a point-of-contact for interns, addressing queries and providing guidance
- Collaborate with schools and business units on internship coordination
- Assist HR Shared Services with onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related data analysis for management
- Participate in special projects to improve HR processes and workflow efficiency
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Early Careers team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
