Overview
Shopee is seeking a Market Growth Strategy Intern to support data-driven initiatives and help shape growth strategies across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. You will analyze market performance, contribute to marketing campaigns, and assist in developing innovative workflows. This role offers hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and develop reports and dashboards to track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Design and propose new SOPs and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to present insights effectively.
- Creative, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude.
- Available for full-time internships (3–6 months) or part-time (minimum 3 days/week).
