Overview

This internship places you within Suntory Beverage & Food’s AI team, where you will help bridge the gap between business needs and emerging AI solutions. You will support the rollout and improvement of enterprise AI tools by analysing user needs, testing applications, and driving adoption across teams in the region. The role combines business analysis, technology exposure, and hands-on collaboration with real users.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document employee needs to identify where AI tools can improve daily work.
Translate user feedback into clear requirements that guide AI solution enhancements.
Design and run user acceptance tests to ensure AI applications meet business expectations.
Track testing results and follow up on fixes to support smooth implementation.
Prepare clear updates and materials to explain AI features to different stakeholders.
Support communication plans that encourage employees to adopt new AI tools.
Analyse usage data to spot adoption gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in computer science, AI, business analytics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of AI concepts such as model accuracy, limitations, and bias.
Familiarity with APIs, large language models, or generative AI tools is a plus.
Comfortable analysing data and breaking down problems logically.
Clear communicator who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical users.
Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-changing tech environment.
