Our Singapore office is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to support data consolidation, analysis, and dashboard development. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work with senior stakeholders in a global consulting environment.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with the Business Intelligence and Client Services teams to streamline processes and enhance data visibility. Your responsibilities include:
Data & Documentation
- Consolidate and review Letters of Engagement (LOEs)—the key master agreements used across client relationships.
- Organize, structure, and maintain a central repository of LOEs.
- Extract and compile critical information such as services, commercial terms, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
Analytics & Dashboarding
- Build dashboards using Power BI or approved AI-driven tools to visualise client metrics and engagement parameters.
- Support internal teams with insights derived from compiled LOE data.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to clarify documentation, validate extracted data, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Maintain strong communication and attention to detail when handling confidential or high-impact documents.
What You Bring
- Strong technological proficiency; experience in Power BI, dashboarding, or data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to organizing information.
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior internal stakeholders.
- Interest in consulting, data analytics, or client operations is a plus.
