Overview
The Central Provident Fund (CPF) Healthcare Insurance Department (HID) is offering a full-time internship for January – May 2026. This role provides hands-on exposure to operations, process automation, and workflow optimisation within the public healthcare sector. Interns will support national healthcare schemes such as MediShield Life, CareShield Life, and ElderShield, contributing to improved service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop practical skills in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like UiPath
- Assist in system testing and process reviews to ensure successful project implementation
- Support the creation of structured learning modules for healthcare schemes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
- Work across diverse teams to consolidate inputs and deliver results efficiently
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Interest in operational efficiency, process improvements, and workflow automation
- Basic experience or familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath
- Understanding of system testing and process optimization is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative when required
