Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and summarise insights for decision-making
- Support preparation of presentations, briefing decks and guidelines for project stakeholders
- Identify process gaps and turn them into clear improvement recommendations
- Contribute to designing customer-centric digital journeys aligned with business priorities
- Assist in testing and validating automation, AI or analytics solutions used in operations
- Create reports and dashboards to track progress, performance and project outcomes
- Coordinate with various teams to gather inputs and validate process documentation
- Help maintain organised documentation repositories for ongoing transformation work
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and interest in solving business problems
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with different teams
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of mapping tools is a bonus
- Curious about digital transformation and continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks at once
- Willing to learn, ask questions and share ideas
