Key Responsibilities
- Support discovery and research efforts to understand client challenges and opportunities
- Assist in designing product, service, and customer experience concepts
- Contribute to prototypes, wireframes, or user journeys used in client workshops
- Help analyse business data to inform pricing, marketing, operating model, or service design recommendations
- Participate in agile delivery activities, including sprint planning and documentation
- Assist product managers and project leads in tracking progress and preparing updates
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth execution of project deliverables
- Contribute to preparation of presentations, reports, and transformation roadmaps
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, IT, or related fields
- Basic understanding of UX, user research, or experience design principles
- Familiarity with SQL or general software development concepts is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence sharing ideas
- Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and connecting insights
- Able to commit at least 3 full-time months from May 2026
