Overview
The Visa Leadership Associate (VLA) Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop high-potential early career talent into future commercial leaders. Participants gain exposure to multiple areas of Visa’s business, including business development, product, risk, marketing, and sales, while contributing to projects that have a real impact on the company and its global customers.

Requirements
- Current university student graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between July 2025 and July 2026.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Singapore.
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated through academic, professional, or extracurricular achievements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
