Internship Overview
This Regional Business Analyst internship sits within the APAC Finance team and reports directly to the Regional Head of Finance. You will play a key role in producing management insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the region. The role offers strong exposure to regional finance operations, analytics, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Reporting
- Prepare and analyse monthly regional performance reports versus forecast
- Identify key business drivers and performance trends, including metrics such as backlog, utilization, and DRO
- Enhance reporting quality and insights using Power BI
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes
Forecasting
- Assist in analysing and improving the regional forecasting process
- Work closely with Regional Business Line Controllers and the Head of Finance
Special Projects
- Support the Regional Head of Finance or Business Line Directors on ad-hoc financial and strategic projects
- Contribute analytical support to business initiatives as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Internship or up to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong proficiency in English
- Comfortable working with financial data and analytical tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
