Skyworks is looking for driven and enthusiastic interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support employer branding, campus recruitment, and strategic talent initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance Skyworks’ image as an employer of choice
- Assist in local recruitment compliance projects, including Tripartite Standards of Recruitment Practices
- Organize university site tours and participate in campus recruitment fairs
- Consolidate campus events and assist with internship administration
- Contribute to process improvements in Talent Acquisition workflows and reporting
- Assist in early talent identification, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement programs for interns and graduates
- Conduct market research and deliver insights to support business growth and talent strategies
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to implement hiring and engagement programs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Team player with the ability to work with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to department heads
