Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for staff
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Provide administrative support for staff welfare, billing, and payment activities
- Participate in HR projects to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
- Perform ad-hoc HR administrative duties as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate HR operations
- Contribute ideas to enhance HR processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
