Project Overview
Project Title: Intrinsic Reliability Validation Coverage Enhancement
This internship focuses on strengthening intrinsic reliability validation for NAND products. You will review existing validation flows to ensure all critical functionalities are covered and potential issues are identified earlier in the development cycle. The goal is to enhance validation robustness by identifying gaps, particularly those implied by datasheet specifications, and proposing improvements to enable earlier issue detection.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit existing intrinsic reliability validation coverage against test flows and datasheet-defined functionalities
- Identify gaps or overlooked areas that could delay issue detection
- Propose enhancements to validation methodologies to improve robustness
- Develop a comprehensive validation coverage matrix and improvement plan
- Support early qualification efforts to shift issue detection upstream
