Overview
Join Micron Technology as a Product Engineering Intern in the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Media Health team, where you’ll contribute to developing and optimizing cutting-edge memory solutions. You’ll work on improving manufacturing processes for DRAM, Interface die, and stacked configurations, gaining hands-on experience in product validation, yield improvement, and process optimization within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective test coverage across HBM product designs
- Support development, characterization, and validation of next-generation products
- Conduct design verification and circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations
- Identify and resolve yield and quality issues in the manufacturing process
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance and competitiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fab, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability
- Assist in project planning, prioritization, and technical decision-making
- Mentor and support peers while contributing to team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Available for a full-time internship from January to May 2026
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods, PCB design, and programming (C/C++, Python, Visual Basic)
- Ability to operate lab equipment and measurement instruments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
