Overview
Agoda is looking for a Product Research Intern to support its team in analyzing the Korean travel market. You will research online travel agencies (OTAs), perform product teardowns, and identify trends to help shape Agoda’s product strategy. This internship offers hands-on experience in product research, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic travel-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Korean OTAs to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Perform product teardowns, evaluating features, functionality, user interface, and overall experience.
- Translate and interpret Korean content into English while maintaining accuracy and context.
- Collaborate with the product team to share insights that inform product development and strategy.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with developments and trends in the Korean travel industry to provide timely insights.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or Master’s program and maintaining student status throughout the internship.
- Native Korean language skills and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and numerical acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
