Overview
Shopee is looking for a Product Operations Intern to support its Video & Live Streaming team in Singapore. You’ll act as the bridge between local teams and regional Product Managers, helping to roll out new features, manage projects, and improve user experience for millions of users across Southeast Asia. This internship provides hands-on exposure to product management and operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between local teams and regional Product Managers
- Support end-to-end product operations, from planning to execution and reporting
- Ensure feature rollouts, testing, and troubleshooting are completed on schedule
- Conduct research on market trends, content, and user engagement to inform feature decisions
- Collaborate with developers and managers to enhance product performance and user experience
- Track and report on key metrics to measure feature effectiveness
- Assist internal stakeholders with feature requests and daily workflow tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Product Management, Media, or related fields
- Strong interest in short videos, live streaming, and digital content
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Prior exposure to product management or operations is a plus
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Available for 2–3 working days per week for 3–6 months
