Overview
The Marketing Operations Intern (Customer Service) will support a healthcare-focused marketing team by assisting with content creation, partner communication, and daily operational tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to how marketing, customer service, and internal operations work together in a global medical technology organisation. You will help keep processes organised, communications clear, and workflows running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and update marketing materials such as presentations, emails, and digital assets to support campaigns and partner communication
- Distribute content to internal teams and external partners accurately and on time
- Collect, organise, and summarise customer feedback to support marketing insights
- Maintain a well-organised library of marketing and support documents
- Support customer service workflows by gathering information and tracking basic requests
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication between internal teams and partners
- Assist with documenting processes, SOPs, and onboarding materials to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a diploma or degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Able to write clearly and communicate professionally
- Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva or PowerPoint) are a plus
