Overview
Join the Retail Marketing team within Shopee's Business Development department and support the strategic growth of our retail brands. As a Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, from livestreams to paid ads, that drive traffic and engagement. Key Responsibilities
· Assist in developing and managing the daily marketing calendar for assigned retail brands.
· Coordinate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing pushes across campaigns, livestreams, and paid advertising.
· Support data analytics efforts by helping to compile reports and draw actionable insights from campaign performance.
· Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend new initiatives or improvements.
· Help manage administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.
· Contribute creative ideas and support the development of new marketing projects aligned with team priorities.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; a focus in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience hosting livestreams or possessing design skills is a strong advantage.
· A keen interest in e-commerce, retail marketing, and digital brand building.
· Full-time availability for 3-6 months is preferred; part-time candidates are also welcome.
