Key Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining and monitoring sanitation and hygiene standards throughout hotel food and beverage outlets.
· Support checks to ensure all food served is free from contamination and complies with safety regulations.
· Help instill strong food safety and sanitation habits among team members through observation and support.
· Participate in the company's corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives related to food safety.
· Perform various supportive tasks related to hygiene audits, documentation, and reporting as directed.
· Adhere to all Marina Bay Sands policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Food and Beverage Management, or a related academic field.
· Foundational knowledge of food safety principles is beneficial.
· Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
· Willing and able to work on a shift schedule or flexible hours as required.
· Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
· A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to learning.
