Join the Brand Experience and Uniforms team at Marina Bay Sands as a Project Management Support Intern, where you will play a key role in the rollout of a new staff uniform program aligned with our refreshed brand image. Key Responsibilities
· Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and help update status reports.
· Support the scheduling and coordination of uniform fitting sessions, stakeholder meetings, and rollout events.
· Help prepare internal communication materials such as FAQs, memos, and posters related to the uniform changeover.
· Support inventory tracking, distribution records, and the logistics of uniform returns and exchanges.
· Assist in creating presentations, mood boards, and visual materials for project updates and stakeholder engagements.
· Manage data entry, filing, and organization of all project-related documentation.
· Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.
Requirements
· Must be a full-time matriculated student, and the internship must contribute to your school's graduation requirements.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and take initiative.
· A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· No prior professional experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
