This PMO Internship places you at the center of how BytePlus delivers strategic initiatives across teams. You will support project coordination, meetings, and data-driven insights, helping ensure business priorities move smoothly from planning to execution in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of cross-team projects to keep timelines on track
- Organise meetings end to end, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and clear documentation
- Track follow-ups and action items to ensure accountability and timely delivery
- Assist with the execution of company-wide events such as All-Hands meetings
- Conduct desk research on markets, competitors, and industry trends to support decision-making
- Help clean, organise, and analyse data to produce clear summaries and visuals
- Contribute ideas to improve internal workflows and project management processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or higher programme
- Comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and analysis
- Able to communicate ideas clearly, both in writing and conversations
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Able to work well in a fast-moving environment
