Overview
Join Monee, part of Sea Group, as a Financial Services Intern in Singapore. This internship provides exposure to the end-to-end development of financial services products and operations, including retail finance, product development, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, compliance, risk management, and business development. Interns will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, identify gaps, and contribute to high-impact projects.
What You'll Learn

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in high-impact projects across multiple areas: retail finance, product development, compliance, regulatory, cash flow, and capital management
- Support senior management in designing initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem-solving
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to identify gaps and develop project solutions
- Assist in risk identification and contribute to risk management strategies
- Conduct data analysis and present findings to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields
- Prior experience in consulting, analytics, banking, or finance is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling complex issues
- Proactive, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Python and SQL are a plus but not required
- Full-time availability preferred (3–6 months). Part-time (3 days/week for 6 months) also considered
- Clearly state availability (start and end dates, full-time/part-time) in application
