Overview
T-Systems Asia is offering a Project Management Internship for students who want hands-on exposure to how large-scale IT projects are delivered in a global consulting environment. Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain project documents, trackers, and shared folders to ensure accuracy and version control
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing key notes, and tracking follow-up actions
- Coordinate with team members to collect task updates and keep project progress visible
- Help standardise templates and project materials to improve consistency and efficiency
- Prepare clear presentations, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic project logistics
- Contribute to smoother project workflows by supporting administrative and coordination needs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
- Comfortable organising information and paying attention to details
- Confident in written and spoken communication
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work well with others
- Able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
