Overview
TikTok LIVE is offering a Project Internship for students interested in content governance, risk management, and digital platform operations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on creator behavior and policy impacts on the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
- Identify optimization opportunities in policies, products, or processes.
- Monitor and assess platform risks, including potentially harmful content.
- Analyze data using both quantitative and qualitative methods to detect patterns and predict risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist in developing and refining content governance policies that meet regulatory standards.
- Collect and integrate user and stakeholder feedback to improve platform policies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about live-streaming, digital content governance, and trust & safety.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects.
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms or basic SQL skills is a plus.
