Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support campus recruitment initiatives, including outreach, intern/graduate hiring, and talent mapping
- Assist in preparing event materials such as presentations, posters, and EDM campaigns
- Track project progress, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and update student databases and recruitment records
- Support interview preparation and administrative tasks for recruitment events
- Contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment activities and candidate engagement
- Assist in building a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates
- Collaborate with the Early Careers team on special projects and programs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Passionate about recruitment and talent development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Experience with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
