What You'll Get Out of This Internship

· Build practical experience in handling guest requests, managing luggage logistics, and maintaining service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Greet guests upon arrival, manage driveway flow, and provide directions and recommendations to enhance their stay.
· Handle luggage for arriving and departing guests, including tagging, storage, and delivery to rooms.
· Operate luggage handling equipment and maintain the organization and safety of the luggage storage area.
· Assist in delivering items to guestrooms and processing various guest requests promptly and efficiently.
· Prepare daily workstations, ensure equipment is functional, and stay updated on internal promotions and local events.
· Collaborate closely with the Valet, Bell, and Security teams to ensure a coordinated and safe guest experience.
· Perform administrative duties and contribute to team meetings and service improvement ideas.
Requirements
· Minimum secondary education; current enrollment in a hospitality or related program is a plus.
· A strong passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Mature, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Possess a proactive "Can Do" attitude with impeccable follow-through.
· Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and across various shifts.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
