Overview
Join PwC's Operations and Change Management (OCM) team in Singapore and help drive internal process improvement and digital transformation. As an intern, you will support projects that streamline operations, analyze business needs, and assist in implementing best-in-class applications like Workday and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities
· Assist in analyzing current business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
· Conduct desk research and gather data points to support decision-making and project planning.
· Learn and apply techniques for gathering user feedback to help refine proposed solutions.
· Support stakeholder liaison and coordination across various departments and functional teams.
· Help create user support materials, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
· Participate in project activities related to process streamlining and the adoption of new business applications.
Requirements
