Join the Warehouse and SPX People Team at Shopee and be at the heart of supporting our frontline logistics workforce. As a People Operations Intern, you will help manage the employee lifecycle—from onboarding new hires to supporting engagement activities—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the teams that power our fulfilment network. This role offers direct, hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
· Assist in planning and executing employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives.
· Contribute to payroll validation by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data.
· Help create internal communications materials, such as newsletters, to keep employees informed and engaged.
· Serve as a first point of contact, responding to employee queries and providing guidance based on company policies.
· Help maintain and organize HR documentation and records for the operations team.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
· A genuine passion for people, culture, and creating a positive work environment.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a diverse workplace.
· Highly accountable, reliable, and attentive to detail.

· Full-time availability is preferred; part-time (minimum 3 days/week) is also welcome.
