Overview
Join the Shopee Xpress team in Singapore as an Operations Excellence Intern and play a key role in optimizing our last-mile logistics network. You will analyze business performance, support improvement initiatives, and help manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency and achieve operational goals. This internship offers hands-on experience in process optimization within a fast-paced e-commerce logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Evaluate business performance and internal processes to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
· Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives designed to meet business objectives and enhance efficiency.
· Assist in consolidating operational data and generating periodic performance reports for management review.
· Collect and integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive views that inform strategic decisions.
· Collaborate with process owners to design, manage, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Troubleshoot data discrepancies with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of KPI performance metrics.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
· Knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation is a strong advantage.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· A positive, energetic, and collaborative team-player attitude.
· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
