Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in supervising project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met
Support configuration and change management activities with guidance from the engineering team
Maintain and update configuration lists and monitor key project milestones
Track installation and testing progress with contractors and technical teams
Monitor overall project KPIs and prepare progress dashboards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to understand project stages
Familiarize with project financials, including costs, revenue, and cash flow, in collaboration with commercial teams
Contribute to system design tasks and documentation support

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Team player with the ability to work independently in a multi-cultural setting
Valid Student Pass in Singapore or eligible under the Ministry of Manpower’s Work Holiday Pass
