Overview

This internship places you within Dyson’s Global Logistics Control Tower, where you will support the movement of products from manufacturing sites to customers worldwide. You will work closely with logistics, supply chain, and external partners to help improve performance, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability. The role combines data analysis, coordination, and real-world exposure to global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Track and review global logistics movements to support on-time product delivery
Analyse supplier performance data and highlight improvement opportunities
Assist with logistics cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives
Coordinate with 3PL, 4PL, and internal regional teams on daily operations
Support reporting and dashboards used for logistics decision-making
Participate in problem-solving discussions related to delays, risks, and disruptions
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in logistics processes

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field
In penultimate year of study
Comfortable working with numbers, data, and basic analysis
Curious about how global supply chains operate
Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
