Key Responsibilities
· Act as a support Product Owner for an assigned project, participating throughout the platform development lifecycle.
· Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and business analysts.
· Collaborate with Business Analysts and technology teams to refine user stories and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
· Serve as a liaison to clarify project requirements and platform functionalities for both users and the tech team.
· Help monitor development progress, track key deliverables, and escalate project risks or delays proactively.
· Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating test activities and validating features against requirements.
· Document user feedback and any defects identified during testing to support remediation efforts.
Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Banking & Finance, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· A general understanding of equity products (e.g., stocks, ETFs) and how trading works.
· Familiarity with platform development concepts, such as Agile methodology and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· A technical aptitude and curiosity about digital platforms, software development, and system architecture.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
· A self-motivated, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
