Overview

Circles is offering a Product & AI Engagement Traineeship for fresh graduates who are curious about how AI-powered digital products grow through experimentation and user insight. In this role, you will work closely with product, data, and growth teams to improve user engagement, test new ideas, and support AI-driven features used by millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

Run engagement experiments such as A/B tests and feature trials to improve user activity
Analyse user behaviour and campaign results to uncover growth opportunities
Support onboarding of AI features, content partners, and localised experiences
Maintain and refresh in-app content and feature listings
Track product KPIs and prepare regular performance dashboards
Conduct user interviews and feedback calls to understand needs and pain points
Document experiment results and translate insights into product improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in AI, digital products, and user experience
Comfortable working with data and learning analytics tools
Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams
Organised, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
Curious mindset and eagerness to learn through testing and iteration
