Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support product planning and execution for TikTok LIVE Revenue & Campaign initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior, data metrics, and industry research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in designing and implementing solutions to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline product offerings and improve operational workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives on revenue and user satisfaction.
- Develop insights on the creator ecosystem and contribute to strategies that foster trust and business growth.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable solutions.
- Understanding of product strategy and the ability to break down business problems into practical solutions.
- Good business acumen and user empathy to evaluate project contexts and outcomes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 3 months (Jan–Jun or May–Aug 2026).
