Overview
Air Liquide Singapore, Southeast Asia’s largest industrial gases provider, is offering an exciting internship for engineering students keen to gain real-world exposure in large-scale plant operations. You’ll join the commissioning team for a brand-new air separation unit—an essential stage where design meets real operation. Working on-site with experienced engineers, you’ll learn how major industrial systems are tested, validated, and prepared for safe start-up.
What You’ll Do
During this internship, you will support the team responsible for bringing the plant online and ensuring smooth day-one operations. Your work may include:
- Assisting engineers in reviewing system checks, functional tests, and commissioning procedures
- Monitoring equipment performance and identifying abnormalities during start-up activities
- Contributing to safety and quality assessments to ensure the plant meets operational standards
- Preparing technical notes, test logs, and progress updates for internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with technicians and cross-functional teams to resolve on-site issues
- Gaining exposure to industrial gases production, plant workflows, and large-scale mechanical systems
