About the Opportunity
Join RecruitPedia as an HR & Admin Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, talent engagement, and administrative support. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, eager to learn, and looking to build a strong foundation in HR and recruitment.
You will receive professional coaching, structured training, and dedicated mentorship—plus the convenience of working just 1 minute from an MRT station.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Recruitment Consultants in fulfilling client hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and candidate arrangements.
- Support the sales and recruitment team in daily tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry.
- Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- No experience needed — full training will be provided.
- Minimum qualification: A Levels.
- Genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or people-oriented work.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset.
- Able to work well in a team and engage with colleagues at all levels.
