Job Description — HR & Recruitment Intern
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-friendly HR & Recruitment Intern to support our hiring and administrative operations. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates interested in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative coordination.
You will gain hands-on experience in resume screening, interview scheduling, job posting, and candidate management across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Screen candidates’ resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
- Schedule interviews and maintain accurate interview records
- Post job listings across various job platforms
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized Excel sheets and track records systematically
- Answer candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support the team with other ad-hoc HR or admin duties as required
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Able to commit at least 3 weekdays weekly
