Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Administrative operations. You’ll play an essential role in supporting daily workplace activities, onboarding processes, reporting, and coordination tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the HR & Admin department.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to staff inquiries related to HR and administrative matters while ensuring timely follow-through
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, internal events, and maintain organized schedules
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation activities and updating personnel records
- Work with office administration to arrange equipment, supplies, and workstations for new team members
- Compile routine monthly and quarterly reports covering HR and admin activities
- Assist in planning and executing training programs and team events
- Collaborate with department heads on tasks involving HR and administrative functions
- Take on additional duties assigned by supervisors when needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in a relevant field
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, as communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Able to commit to at least a 4-month internship (preference given to students in their final semester who may transition into a full-time role)
