Overview
This traineeship is part of UOB’s Innovation Group, where new ideas, technologies, and ways of working are explored across the bank. As a GRIT Programme trainee, you will support innovation projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and working with teams across different business units. The role offers hands-on exposure to how innovation is planned, executed, and measured within a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and document activities across multiple innovation initiatives

- Update dashboards and trackers to reflect milestones and workstreams
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to support collaboration efforts
- Prepare presentation materials for management reviews and discussions
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and events
- Ensure records and reports are accurate, organised, and delivered on time
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in business, finance, tech, or related fields
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis and presentations
- Basic familiarity with dashboards or data tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
