Overview
Siemens Mobility Singapore is offering an internship in the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Planning department, providing hands-on exposure to rail infrastructure projects. Interns will assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress, while collaborating across multiple departments and functions to understand how time, cost, and scope intersect in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and update project progress data and registers across different project phases.
- Assist in documenting and standardizing planning methodologies, SOPs, and processes.
- Support project activities, assessments, reviews, and status meetings, including note-taking and follow-ups.
- Help track project milestones, perform critical path analysis, and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Assist in Extension of Time (EOT) analysis and support claim management processes.
- Prepare executive dashboards summarizing project milestones, delays, and claims for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance planning and reporting efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent planning matters as assigned by the Planning team.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing IT, Engineering, Science, or related courses.
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in Project Management and learning planning tools (Primavera, MS Project).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a timeline-driven mindset.
- Eligible to work in Singapore with a valid Student Pass or Work Holiday Pass (WHP).
