Role Overview
Join Agoda’s Corporate Strategy team to drive high-impact initiatives that align company priorities with day-to-day operations. You will lead strategic projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Lead and oversee strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across multiple teams.
- Monitor progress, proactively address risks, and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of contact between departments and commercial functions, including other Booking Holdings brands.
- Facilitate alignment and communication among stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Strategy, Performance Steering & Reporting
- Track and analyze team performance against key metrics.
- Compile reports and updates for senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or project/program management in a tech company.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence outcomes.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new business dynamics.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau or willingness to learn.
- Experience in tech or travel sectors is an advantage.
