SCAPE Co., Ltd., a Singapore‑based charity that empowers young people through arts, sports and leadership programmes, is seeking a People & Organisation (P&O) Intern. You will join a small, dynamic team and help keep the organisation running smoothly while gaining insight into HR practices in a non‑profit setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in posting job ads, sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Coordinate training sessions, maintain training materials and update participant records.
- Support the rollout of performance‑review cycles and help track feedback.
- Help design simple process maps for onboarding and other HR workflows.
- Update the employee database and generate basic HR reports for managers.
- Collaborate with other departments on special projects that boost staff development.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling and answering queries.
- Contribute ideas for improving employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree programme (any discipline).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A team‑player who enjoys supporting others and learning on the job.
- Quick to adapt in a fast‑changing environment.
- Prior exposure to HR or volunteer work is a plus but not required.

Internship Details
Location: Singapore
Duration: 6 months
Commitment: Full‑time (preferred) or part‑time with a minimum of 20 hours per week
Working Arrangement (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote): Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote)
Stipend (if provided): Competitive monthly allowance
