Overview
Bybit is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join as an *HR Business Partner (HRBP) Management Trainee*. This role is part of Bybit’s structured Management Trainee Program and offers a rare opportunity to be closely involved in shaping HR strategy in a fast-moving tech environment. You’ll work directly with senior leaders to build a high-performing and engaged workforce while learning what it takes to become a strategic HR leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve people-related challenges through data and insights

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for HR strategy, people development, and organizational success
- Interest in the crypto/blockchain space is a big plus
