Overview
This Human Resources internship offers hands-on exposure to how a modern HR team supports and develops employees across an organization. As part of the HR and Office Management team, you’ll rotate through different HR functions—from recruitment to employee welfare—while helping the team keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring activities by preparing job posts, scheduling interviews, and sharing updates with hiring managers
- Guide new joiners and leavers through smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate and track employee training programmes to support continuous learning
- Maintain accurate staff leave and benefit records using the HRM system
- Respond to employee questions about welfare, medical benefits, and office policies
- Prepare simple HR reports and help compile data for internal use or government submissions
- Assist in creating HR guides, manuals, and presentations
- Work with the office team to plan internal events and help organize regional meetings
Requirements
- Studying for a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, People Management, or a related course
- Basic understanding of HR concepts (school knowledge is fine)
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different people
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Confident with Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and support team needs
- Can commit for at least 3 months
