Overview
Join TikTok’s AI Data Service & Eco Operations (ADSEO) team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, data operations, and online safety. In this internship, you’ll support real-world data labeling and model training workflows that help keep TikTok’s global community safe. You’ll work closely with experienced analysts in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Track project performance and monitor key metrics to ensure labeling tasks stay accurate and on schedule
- Review dashboards and internal tools to detect issues early and support smooth project delivery
- Prepare concise updates that highlight progress, risks, and improvements for ongoing initiatives
- Support quality checks that ensure training data meets operational standards
- Analyze project datasets to identify trends and recommend better ways to run workflows
- Assist in improving processes that help the team move faster and operate more effectively
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to understand requirements and support model-training activities
- Uphold safety, accuracy, and consistency across labeling and annotation projects
Requirements
- Current university student able to commit for at least 3 months, ideally 4+ days per week
- Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and data workflows quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused when working with repetitive tasks
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Responsible, organised, and motivated to improve processes where possible
- Interest in social media, AI, or project operations is a plus

Internship Details
Location: Singapore
Duration: Minimum 3 months (starting July 2025 or latest eligible cycle)
Commitment: At least 4 working days per week
Working Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid (based on team needs)
Stipend: Provided (amount varies by program)
